TRINITY Group Sdn Bhd, developer of modern lifestyle projects such as The Z Residence Bukit Jalil and The Zest @ Kiara 9, recently introduced itself to the Seri Kembangan area in Selangor with its Zeva @ Equine South.
This RM260 million project sitting on 3.71 acres of leasehold land comprises one studio block, two serviced apartment blocks and a retail podium of three to four storeys. Being its maiden venture in the area, the developer initially tested the waters by gingerly releasing one of the serviced apartment blocks ... and was met with an enthusiastic crowd that bought up all the units. That led it to open up its studio block, which was similarly received with 90% snapped up in just two hour.
What prompted the buyers to be so open with their cheque books was the concept, facilities and pricing of Zeva @ Equine South. Priced from RM220,000, which works out to a monthly instalment of RM1,000 based on a 90% loan margin repaid over 30 years, buyers will have use of a state-of-the-art gym that will appear to float above a 50m Olympic-size swimming pool, a three-tier sky terrace, sauna, multi-purpose hall, laundrette, cafeteria, barbeque area, childcare centre and playground. The entire project will also be secured by a four-tier system.
For those who missed out on the previous two launches, Trinity Group said it will soon be releasing the last block of serviced apartments, but that buyers should keep their eyes peeled or else they might miss it.
