Accounts Executive

Accounts Executive

Job Description
  • To perform accounting data entry.
  • To prepare monthly management accounts.
  • To check and ensure that all cash books for receipts and payments are correctly and accurately taken up on a daily basis.
  • To prepare tax analysis for relevant accounts.
  • Assist in AP, bank re-con.
  • To execute all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • To coordinate for year-end audit.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking.
  • At least 1 Year(s) working experience in Finance - General / Cost Accounting.
  • Candidate with work experience in Property Developer will be added advantage.
  • Preferable with knowledge of using IFCA.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, team work.
  • Nearest LRT station Alam Sutera (5 minute walk).
  • Able to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Sales Executive

Sales Executive

Basic Salary + Sales Incentives + Allowances
    Job Description
    • To participate in pre-launch activities.
    • To perform sales at sales gallery and shopping complex.
    • To achieve the sales targets set by Management.
    • To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-ins.
    • Advise purchasers on bank loan / end-financing procedures.
    • Liaise with solicitors on preparation of SPA for purchaser's execution.
    • To prospect for new customers.
    • To provide after-sales customer service follow up.
    • Prepare weekly sales report and post-mortem report.
    • To assist in preparation of sales kit, mailing list, FAQs & etc.
    Job Requirement
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year working experience in Property / Real Estate.
    • Fresh graduate / no experience but interested in Property Sales are welcome to apply.
    • Able to work during weekends / roadshows / exhibitions.
    • Self-motivated, aggressive, result-oriented and a team player.
    • Attractive incentive scheme will be provided.
    • Possess good interpersonal, excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Preferable fluent in English / Bahasa speaking for selling.
    • With work experience with Bank before will be added advantage.
    • Willing to work at Ampang Jaya - Beverly Heights (Taman Melawati).

    Job Description
    • To assist Project Planning Manager / Senior Executive on plan, implement and overlook the project development undertaken by the company on pre-development stage.
    • To work with consultant and inter-department to ensure on timely submission of development plan to authorities.
    • To coordinate, follow up with authorities and consultants in regards to design, engineering, construction, approval and operations matter.
    • Feedback, report to Project Planning Manager on progress / status of related project matters.
    Job Requirement
    • Candidates must be study in Degree / Advance Diploma / Diploma in Town Planning, Urban Regional Planning or related field.
    • Candidates will undergo training.
    • Language required: English / Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Well-read and convert English / Bahasa Malaysia.
    • With own transportation will be added advantage.
    • Good attitude and willing to travel.
    • Able to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
    • Work Monday to Friday.
    • Entitled for Internship Allowances.
