Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales target.
  • Actively seek for new prospects via a variety of marketing tools.
  • Attend to all sales enquiries & events (including cold calling, roadshow, station in developers’ sales galleries).
  • Understand prospect’s needs & to advise the best suit property.
  • Conduct a comprehensive study on the project assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any relevant course or any higher certificates.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in Property development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa, Chinese
  • Willing to learn attitude and take challenge.

Executive – Property Management

Executive – Property Management

Job Description:
  • To handle customer’s enquiries and complaints and resolve and reply to all complaints. Record and keep updated.
  • To assist in handing over of properties to customers. Handover properties to purchasers and co-ordinate defects rectification during Defects Liability Period
  • To assist Property Management Manager to maintain, upkeep and improve the assigned properties and facilities to meet the government regulations.
  • To supervise & conduct periodic inspection of all properties, installations, facilities and service areas to ensure in safe, secured, good, tenantable and marketable conditions at all times.
  • Liaise, monitor and co-ordinate with relevant authorities and service providers in respect of compliance to procedures, rules, authorities’ requirements, bye-laws etc.
  • To prepare billings and collections of all receivables and request for payment of all outgoings.
  • Ensure compliance of DMC and House Rules and report to Property Manager for appropriate actions accordingly.
  • Maintain good public relations with residents/ purchasers/ tenants. Maintain good public relations with customers.
  • To maintain company’s interest and image at all times.
  • To prepare documentation and filing of all document in hard and soft copies. Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field of property is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin will be add advantage.
  • Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Working day Monday - Friday.
  • Own transportation.
  • Base at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong
  • Full time position.

Building Manager

Building Manager

Job Description:
  • Manage daily operation of the residential property in Management Office include the healthy collection of maintenance fee, access control, security procedures, maintenance of common area, lift usage, carpark management & etc.
  • Ensure the building is properly maintained and managed at all times.
  • Assist to set up new management office with necessary SOP & system.
  • Plan, organize, forming AGM, EGM, for JMB of the strata building.
  • Attend to complaints tactfully and to maintain strong relationship with residents.
  • Generate relevant reports and budget to present to Management & JMB/MC
  • Supervise & monitoring subordinates work and conduct appraisal.
  • Other duties might be assigned from time to time from Senior Manager - Property Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 3 years working experience as a Building Manager in Management Office.
  • Well verse in Strata Management Act, Strata title act and all law governing building management.
  • Good leadership skill & communication skill.
  • Good in English speaking.
  • Well organized and self-motivate able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on Saturday 1/2 day.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel as at when required.
  • Base at Trinity Lemanja, Kepong
  • Full time position.
