The Directors and management of Trinity Group Sdn Bhd — an integrated boutique developer located in Puchong whose core business is in property development and investment, wish to clarify that Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, its associated companies, directors and shareholders are not in any way associated with Trinity Corporation Berhad (formerly known as Talam Corporation Berhad) or any of its subsidiary companies.

“The recent publication of Talam Corporation Berhad’s debt recovery exercise over the past week has caused a lot of confusion among our customers, business partners, shareholders and other members of the public,” said managing director Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat.

“Unfortunately, this happened in an ill-timed period for us a as we had just launched our latest project development, The Zeva @ Equine South.”

Trinity Group Sdn Bhd was established in 2004 and has since earned its reputation in the property fraternity.

As an integrated boutique developer, some of its key projects to date include The Heron serviced apartments, 19 Residency zero-lot bungalows and the Zest serviced apartments, the Z Residence and more recently, Zeva @ Equine South.

Trinity Group’s current landbank status consists of lands in Seri Kembangan, USJ 19, Melawati, Serdang and Johor.

The company’s upcoming projects will focus on residential as well as commercial development.
