Property developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for the first phase of Trinity Wellnessa, validating reports that there is a growing demand for homes related to health and wellness.
Occupying a 3.9-acre parcel in Beverly Heights, the property, with its Triple Protection System, has an estimated gross development value of RM315mil. Designed with three key pillars of wellness in mind, Trinity Wellnessa uses contactless technology to promote hygiene and convenience, and wellness-oriented unit designs to ensure natural lighting and air ventilation.
Trinity Group founder and managing director Dato' Neoh Soo Keat believed that the strong take-up rate was indicative that the property market is recovering, especially with home buyers seeking such homes that cater to the demands in the new normal.
“Every property designed by the Trinity Group aims to redefine and reimagine urban living. Our key focus is to deliver value to the property industry by being relevant and in tune with the needs of the market.
“Trinity Wellnessa hopes to support a new way of living for Malaysians to embrace a holistic wellness lifestyle. When you choose to purchase a home at Trinity Wellnessa, you have a home that prioritises your wellbeing so you can always enjoy peace of mind,” he said.
Phase one of the project comprises two 30-storey towers with 463 units in total. The units will have three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms configurations and built-ups of 1,008 sq ft and 1,286 sq ft, with the latter being dual-key units.

Among the technological advancements implemented at the freehold condominium include a radio frequency identification (RFID) system at the boom gate, state-of-the-art facial recognition system and motion sensor technology for contactless access. Also include smart lockers for packages and food delivery along with a designated app for visitor management.
Over 30 wellness-centric facilities are housed within the condominium. One key development is the floating cinema, where residents will be able to enjoy the large movie screen installed above the pool while swimming.
Oxley Holdings Malaysia Sdn Bhd executive director Lim Chee Chong was also in attendance at the launch.
Trinity Wellnessa’s second and final phase is scheduled to launch at the end of this month. For more information about Trinity Wellnessa, visit website at www.wellness.com.my.
