ONE-YEAR PLAN | TRINITY GROUP TO LAUNCH 3 PROJECTS

New Straits Times - Thursday, 08 April 2021
TRINITY Group aims to launch RM1 billion of new property projects in the next one year — two in Ampang North and one in Bandar Kinrara. The property developer said it wanted to grow its presence in the Kiang Valley beyond its "stronghold" in Puchong and Bukit Jalil. Founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said the company was optimistic as industry data had shown sustained interest in certain sections of the market, especially from the young and first-time property buyers. "With a relatively large segment of Malaysia's population under the age of 40, the formation of new households remains strong. "We see this as a great opportunity to fill the gap and demand for affordable lifestyle-oriented homes by moving forward with a number of projects in strategic locations to meet the demand," he said yesterday. Neoh said 80 per cent of Trinity's projects over the next one year would be priced below RM650,000 per unit, with a key focus in delivering value-driven properties. Acknowledging a challenging market environment, Neoh said Trinity remained confident that demand for its projects would meet the interest of buyers, driven by strategic locations, attractive price points and compelling concepts. Its upcoming development, Trinity Wellnessa in Beverly Heights, Ampang North, is slated to be launched in July 2021. The condominium project offers buyers a wholesome and holistic living experience with a strong focus on wellness and protection in terms of well-ness features, smart designs and efficient layouts. It also expects to launch two projects next year, namely Trinity Enlivea, also in Ampang North, and a mixed development in Bandar Kinrara. Combined, these three projects constitute an estimated gross development value of about RM1 billion.
