Trinity Aquata sees 95% take-up rate

The Edge - Saturday, 27 January 2018

Trinity Aquata by Trinity Group Sdn Bhd in KL South is expected to be completed by the end of the year, ahead of the scheduled mid-2019 target date.As at January, 95% of the units have been taken up, with some 70% of the buyers being owner-occupiers.

The encouraging take-up rate shows that Trinity Aquata is a strategically positioned investment hot spot in Greater KL, said managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat. "We have also observed that homeowners prefer a rapidly developing area as it promises more room for capital growth, especially if it can offer their desired lifestyle.

I hope we can achieve 100% take-up within the next two to three months," he added at Trinity Aquata's topping-up ceremony on Jan 23. The RM374 million condominium occupies a 3.58-acre freehold tract in KL South and comprises two 26-storey blocks offering 492 units. Each unit comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the built-ups ranging from 839 to 1,420 sq ft. Selling prices start at RM580,000 and the maintenance fee is 30 sen psf.

The development comes with water-themed facilities such as a vivarium, an infinity pool, a water lounge and aqua-reflexology features. It will have 832 parking bays, as well as parking for visitors. One to three parking spaces will be allocated for each unit, depending on the size. The development is accessible via the Besraya Highway, ICL-Seremban Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 and Maju Expressway.

Trinity has invested RM3 million to improve the existing infrastructure within KL South through a road-widening initiative.

"As a developer,we are mindful of the importance of a strategic location, as well as enhancing the accessibility surrounding our projects. We collaborated with Kuala Lumpur City Hall early last year to improve the connectivity from Trinity Aquata to Kuchai Lama, Sungai Besi and Bandar Baru Seri Petaling," said Neoh.

Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, the Bandar Tasik Selatan light rail transit station and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport transit station are within 1km of the development. The upcoming Sungai Besi mass rapid transit station, which is expected to be completed in 2022, is about 2.5km away.

Nearby amenities include shopping malls, hospitals and educational institutions such as Mid Valley Megamall, Pavilion, Pantai Hospital Cheras, Hospital Serdang, International Medical University (IMU) and Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Trinity recently launched Trinity Lemanja, Kepong's first freehold condominium. The first wing has been fully taken up, and the second wind is see-ing overwhelming response. The developer will be launching a high-rise development in Mont'Kiara and may launch another in USJ this year.

Neoh says the USJ development, near the 19 USJ City Mall, will depend on when the general election will be held, as that will temporarily interrupt the application process. He hopes the polls " won't take too long".
