Property buyers thronged Trinity Lemanja Show Gallery during the launch of its Phase 1
Founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group, Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat said, “We are certainly pleased with the positive response to Trinity Lemanja. This achievement further reaffirms our promises in developing a product that meets the current demands and needs of our target customers in Kepong as well as its surrounding area – and one with the right pricing strategy. And of course, Trinity Lemanja being a freehold condominium project was an attractive proposition for buyers and investors.”
Thirty-four year old Darren Lim, who purchased a unit in the West Wing of Trinity Lemanja said, “It is difficult to find a new freehold condominium in Kepong, as many of them are either leasehold or serviced apartments. I am confident that the benefits of a freehold property will outshine a leasehold property in the long run.”
First-home buyer R.B. Too, age 24, who also purchased a unit in the West Wing of Trinity Lemanja said, “I am impressed with the facilities as well as its features especially the sky gym, thematic glass clubhouse, and tea garden. I can’t wait to move in to Trinity Lemanja with my family.”
Trinity Lemanja features a residents-only clubhouse spanning 3,700 sq ft and is fully equipped with facilities for private function and family gatherings. Alongside the clubhouse, the SereniTea Garden and Oxygen Grove provides an avenue that aims to bring wellness to the body, mind and soul. Residents will also be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle with the convenience of the rooftop Sky Gym overlooking the KL city skyline.
Conceptualised as a safe and conducive haven for those who desire a place to truly call home, the name Trinity Lemanja depicts a ‘happy and harmonious dream home’ from the term 乐梦家 (‘le meng jia’) in Mandarin (乐 from the word happy, 梦 from the word dream and 家 as in home).
Located in the heart of Kepong town, Trinity Lemanja is within close proximity to 7 schools including the SJK(C) Kepong and International School@ParkCity, 6 shopping centres such as the AEON Metro Prima and AEON Big, the Challenger Sports Centre, KL Tzu Chi Jing SI Hall, Kepong Metropolitan Lake-Garden, 3 medical centres and is surrounded by 5 neighbourhoods.
Trinity Lemanja is also easily accessible via 6 major highways such as Lebuhraya Damansara Highway (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Sprint Expressway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Duke Highway and the upcoming Duke 2 Highway. Alternatively, it is also close to the Kepong Sentral KTM Station and the upcoming Metro Prima MRT station (S05).
In line with Trinity’s intent to build developments with potential for value creation, Trinity has invested over RM15 million in its past projects for infrastructure improvements. Similarly, Trinity is working with the relevant local authorities and will allocate RM2 million to improve road infrastructure surrounding housing areas neighbouring Trinity Lemanja.
