TRINITY LEMANJA: 100% TAKE-UP FOR PHASE 1

Kuala Lumpur, 20 September 2017 – Trinity Group Sdn Bhd’s (‘Trinity’) achieved a 100% take-up for its 294 units (West Wing) in less than one month of releasing its first phase of Trinity Lemanja, the only new freehold development project launched in Kepong.

The launch of the second and final phase (East Wing) of Trinity Lemanja is scheduled for mid-October and is priced from RM468,000 onwards.

Trinity Lemanja, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM320 million, is located on a 2.8-acre freehold plot along Jalan Metro Prima in Kepong.

Offering 583 units ranging from 960 to 1,173 sq ft, the 2-wing 40-storey condominium is scheduled to complete in 2021.
