Senior Sales Executive

Senior Sales Executive

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a property development company.
  • Possess good interpersonal, excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • To participate in pre-launch activities.
  • To assist in preparation of sales kit, mailing list, FAQs, etc.
  • Report defects of show houses/sales office to team leader.
  • Prepare weekly sales report and post-mortem report.
  • To achieve the sales targets set by Management.
  • To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-ins.
  • Advise purchasers on bank loan/end-financing procedures.
  • Liaise with solicitors on preparation of SPA for purchasers’ execution.
  • To prospect for new customer.
  • To provide after sale customer service follow up.
  • To participate in pre-launch activities.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Civil / Structural, Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience with a property developer is a MUST.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of construction personnel.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure situations.
  • Responsible, honest and good working attitude.
Responsibilities
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures and standard of work accordance to Quality Management System, safety and health regulatory.
  • To ensure consistently high standard of quality control and inspection with regard to Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
  • To assist the Manager / Assistant Manager – Project Development for monitoring work completed as scheduled on Master Program planned and cash flow program of the stage billing.
  • To check project dimensions interpret drawings and check discrepancies of information / drawings / specifications found during the construction work.
  • To conduct pre-handing over inspection of the particular project with the contractor to identify any defective or left out item to be completed before the CPC inspection by the SO.
  • To attend site meetings, NSC meeting and Site safety meetings and update info in regards to the works done.
  • To make sure all material are available and delivered on time and in accordance to specification.
  • To identify technical problem on site and to report to superior or consultant for corrective action.
  • To prepare schedule of defects and to supervise and certify proper rectification of defects.
  • To maintain good liaison with property services staff and ensuring handover to end user are effectively done.
  • To keep detailed records, daily reports, testing reports and inspection forms for all work in progress.
