Senior Executive – Human Resource

Job Description
  • To conduct recruitment, screen CV, job posting, propose qualified candidates profile, approaching candidates, interview arrangement etc full process including new joiner onboard orientation.
  • To draft and revise for Employee Handbook.
  • To check and handle staff daily attendance, leave application comply with Company policy.
  • To record and monitor staff medical claim, mileage claim and all miscellaneous claims.
  • To handle all government statutory requests and follow up for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC etc.
  • To attend to staff misconduct, disciplinary issue.
  • To visit to Management Office in regular basis.
  • To handle payroll.
  • To attend to the Labour office, Perkeso for any cases to follow up as at when required.
  • To plan and organize staff training and events.
  • Issuance all type of HR Letters i.e. letter offer, confirmation of employment, warning letter, acceptant of resignation and so on.
  • To keep track on government relevant department announcement to ensure update or apply in the Company.
  • To assist other task assign from time to time.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Human Resources.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
  • Good understanding in Employee Handbook terms and conditions.
  • Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Judge fair, meticulous and friendly characteristic.
  • Work independently with less supervision.
  • Reporting to Business Development Manager.
  • With own transportation work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

      Job Description
      • To participate in pre-launch activities.
      • To perform sales at sales gallery and shopping complex.
      • To achieve the sales targets set by Management.
      • To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-ins.
      • Advise purchasers on bank loan / end-financing procedures.
      • Liaise with solicitors on preparation of SPA for purchaser's execution.
      • To prospect for new customers.
      • To provide after-sales customer service follow up.
      • Prepare weekly sales report and post-mortem report.
      • To assist in preparation of sales kit, mailing list, FAQs & etc.
      Job Requirement
      • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
      • At least 1 year working experience in Property / Real Estate.

      • Able to work during weekends / roadshows / exhibitions.

      • To assist the Business Development Manager in sourcing, study and acquisition of development land, including checking on development requirement of potential land, dealing with property agent, relevant authority department and land office, land surveyor, land valuer and other relevant party
      • To assist in preparing feasibility study and cash flow for potential land.
      • To assist in administrating shareholder’s agreement, joint venture agreement, sale and purchase agreement, including dealing with vendor, lawyer, financial institution and other relevant party.
      • To assist in exploring new business opportunities for business diversification, including exploring/screening/studying the potential business deals by liaising with potential partners.

      • Updating list of supplier, to assist in Pre-Q. Pre-contract. Post-contract.
      • Follow up with consultant for timely submission of progress payment, arithmetical checking, preparation for approval and payment requisition and update payment status progressively
      • To assist in material sourcing, quotation and tabulation
      • To assist in small contract value project, calling quotation, tabulation and recommendation

      Job Description
      • Plan, implement and overlook the project development undertaken by the company on pre-development stage.
      • To attend Client Consultant Meeting, Coordination Meeting, etc.
      • To work closely with consultant and inter-department to ensure on timely submission of development plan to authorities.
      • To coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants in regards to design, engineering, construction, approval and operations matter.
      • To identify planning approval requirements and to obtain necessary authorities’ approvals in order to kick off the projects.
      • To check on development requirement of potential land such as zoning, density/plot ratio, height control, accessibility, indicative market value, etc.
      Job requirements:
      • Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Town Planning, Property Development or related field or equivalent.
      • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
      • Experience in procedures and process of authority submission and approval.
      • Familiar in land matter on property and land acquisition.
      • Able to construct feasibility study and prepare business proposal.
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
