KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 5): Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is preparing to launch the second and final phase of its Trinity Rainfora development in Bandar Kinrara, following a full take-up of Phase One.
According to a press release on Nov 4, units in the upcoming phase will be priced from RM568,000.
Trinity Rainfora is a rainforest-inspired high-rise project located on a 2.4-acre freehold site approximately 3km from Pavilion Bukit Jalil. It is positioned as a transit-oriented development, located 400m from the BK5 LRT station.
Comprising two 31-storey towers with a total of 535 serviced apartments and nine shoplots, the development has a gross development value of RM395 million. The units have built-ups ranging from 739 to 1,184 sq ft and are targeted at young professionals, families and upgraders. Residents will have access to over 36 facilities, with 40% of the podium and 53% of the sky terrace dedicated to greenery.
Phase One, comprising Block A, was launched in September 2024 and sold out ahead of schedule. Construction is expected to be completed by August 2028.

All homes come under the Trinity Gold Assurance Programme, which offers a 36-month defects liability period, a 10-year roof leak warranty, and a 5-year tile pop-up warranty.
