Job Description
  • To track and monitor the progress of construction work for successful completion on time, within budget and with good workmanship
  • To coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants with regards to design, engineering, construction, approval and operations matters
  • To identify planning approval requirements and to obtain necessary authorities’ approvals in order to kick off the projects
  • Organize and coordinate for forum discussions and effective problem solutions
  • Attend meeting
  • To coordinate with consultants for resolving technical matters and obtaining technical information and solution to complete construction details
  • To ensure effective implementation of construction works at site with compliance to authority requirements, by-laws, regulations etc.
  • To monitor construction progress through tracking of actual progress against the targeted progress, and to derive catch-up strategy if delay occurred
  • To identify authorities’ requirements pertaining to issuance of CCC and coordinate with consultants for submission of drawings, documents, forms and joint inspections at site.
 
Job Qualification
  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within property development or high-rise construction
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to liaise confidently with consultants, contractors, site teams, and authorities
  • A proactive leader with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork

Job Description
  • Establish effective pricing strategies designed to maximize profitable ensuring top line growth in all served markets.
  • Maintain accurate record of pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and development trends.

Job Qualification
  • Candidates must be graduate at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing/ Public Relation/ Mass Communication/ Media or equivalent.
  • With at least 4 years relevant working experiences in Marketing/ online marketing/ PR with a Property Developer
  • Extensive marketing experience in conventional & online marketing.

Job Description
  • To conduct site possession meeting with the awarded main contractor and to confirm for acceptance of the site.
  • To ensure the master program planed site work according to right timing and in accordance with the billing stage to purchasers.
  • To monitor site progress and to ensure work done according to specifications, drawings and BQ requirements.
  • Familiar with Qlassic and to access/ implement quality control system.
  • To inspect job site with specification, method of installation, safety and health compliance and quality of workmanship, and issue of NCR for non-compliance of work.
  • To liaise with the consultant for monthly joint valuation of work done.
  • To ensure proper site safety, health and environment friendly on site.
  • To monitor the performance of contractor and consultant on site and to feedback management for Approval List database.
  • To provide technical advice regarding site technical problem.

 

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 8 years of high rise residential project experience is a MUST.
  • Familiar and operate with Autocad.

Job Description
  • Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs control throughout the project including budgeting and cost reporting.
  • Review Contractor’s/Supplier’s quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in preparing progress claims, final accounts, and cost update reports.
  • Manage variations order and ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Provide Contractual advice and risk assessment on the project management.
  • Lead tender process from review of tender documents, drawings, BOQs, tender evaluation, to recommendation of Award.
  • Sourcing materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates on contract and cost matters.
  • Assist in resolving contractual issues, disputes, or claims in a timely manner.

 

Job Qualification
  • Minimum 8years of relevant experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or construction cost management.
  • Experience in integrated development project is an added advantage.
  • Current position in leadership role, demonstrating ability to excel in leading position.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in cost analysis and project budgeting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin is an advantage

Job Description
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures and standard of work in accordance to Quality Management System, safety, health and governmental regulatory.
  • To ensure consistently high standard of quality control and inspection with regard to Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
  • To inspect the work as it progresses to confirm it is on specification and per drawing.
  • To make sure all material are available and delivered on time and in accordance to specification.
  • To conduct pre-handling over inspection of the particular project with the contractor to identify any defective or left out item to be completed before the CPC inspection by the SO.
  • To attend site meetings, NSC meeting and Site safety meetings and update info in regard the works.
  • To have full knowledge of all site activities at all times and aware of what should be progressing over the next few days and weeks.

 

Job Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of high rise residential project experience is a MUST.
  • Able to work during weekends, whenever the need arises and during under-pressure situations with time constrains.
  • Knowledge and experience in QA/QC procedures
