With over 800 residents attending the event, highlights of the night included a live band serenade, speed painting performance, violin and dance performances, and a magic show. Nine lucky winners also walked away with prizes from the lucky draw, which included three iPad minis, three RM500 vouchers from Harvey Norman, an iPad, a 40” LG LED television set and a 47” SHARP SMART LED television set. Each guest also received a bottle of McGuigan Black Label Moscato Wine as a door gift.
The Z Residence project was initiated in 2011 with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM580 million. The Z Residence is strategically located in Bukit Jalil, and consists of 1,136 units over four blocks of 26 and 27 floors.

Speaking at the event, Founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group, Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, shared his vison on building communities as well as quality and high-value projects.

Mr. Eric Wong, Vice President of Al-Rajhi bank, shared that he has been following Trinity Group’s progress for the past 10 years, and he is very fortunate to finally own a property by Trinity Group as it is a good investment opportunity.

Mrs. Peggy Lim, 57, housewife said this is her son’s first property and she is very proud of him in making such a good decision to buy The Z Residence.
