LIVING IT LARGE HIGH ABOVE

The Star - Wednesday, 22 August 2018

MANY would dream about living in a penthouse.

Buying one is certainly not impossible with Trinity Group's latest flagship project, Trinity Pentamont in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Its name, Pentamont, was not plucked from thin air but a play on the words, penthouse-style living at Mont Kiara.

This freehold residential project is set to satisfy house buyers with its large living spaces, designed to offer modern families quality family-sized homes.

The 41-storey condominium on 1.17ha of land features 330 units, crafted to provide ample space, flexibility and unique facilities for a refined living experience.

About 90% are penthouse-sized units with built-up areas starting from 2,057sq ft, while 30 units start from 1,300sq ft. There are six pent-houses measuring 4,000sq ft and above.

Trinity Group Sdn Bhd founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said Pentamont is suitable for a wide range of buyers with different needs. .

"Growing families will want to upgrade for more space while couples whose children have left the nest may want to move into a place that is safer and easier to maintain.

"Those getting older may want to sell their current house and move to Pentamont," he shared.

The beauty of Pentamont is in its flexibility, thanks to the dual-key concept — separate entrances which two tenants can share.

This allows residents to alter the purpose and function of the rooms according to their needs and changing lifestyles, especially families with three generations.

"Parents can stay in the master bedroom and their children in other rooms. They could also turn the smaller unit into a study or playroom.

"When their children are married and have kids of their own, the grandparents can stay in the smaller unit for privacy while staying close to the family.

"The smaller unit can also be rented out for extra income," Neoh added.

Pentamont is touted as the first property project in the Klang Valley to have adventure-themed facilities.

There will be tree houses over-looking a 7.5m cascading waterfall, a glamping site and an outdoor theatre to watch movies under the night sky, and even a "celebrity kitchen" to host parties.

Other facilities include a swimming pool, gym, meditation deck, reading corners, yoga studio, spa area, games room and playground.

"People staying in condominiums do not really know their neighbours, and we want to foster community-building through these facilities and activities.

"We strongly believe in 'Building Communities and Enriching Lives', which is the company's tagline," said Neoh.

Other features include a four-tier security system from the boom gate, carpark podium and lobby right up to the individual floors.

The developer is planning to introduce a concierge service to assist residents in performing various tasks such as booking facilities.

With a total of 1,034 parking bays, each unit will have up to four slots while penthouses will get six.

Nestled in the heart of Mont Kiara, residents of Pentamont will have easy access to entertainment, dining, shopping and education as all are within the vicinity.

There are dual entrances into Pentamont via Jalan Kiara 5 and Jalan Kiara 3, while the development can be accessed via Sprint Highway and Jalan Duta-Sungai Buloh Highway, among others.

With a gross development value of RM437mil, the units are offered at competitive prices, starting from RM600 per sq ft.

This is a testament to the developer's motto and core beliefs of creating affordable luxury living.

"This project is not just a house to stay in but a home. We hope to create a home, one that is welcoming, warm and with a soul which residents will want to come back to," Neoh said.

Trinity Pentamont will be launched next month, and is slated for completion in 2022.
