Kuala Lumpur, 23 February 2017 – One of Malaysia’s leading boutique developers, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (‘Trinity’), announced its commitment to invest RM3 million to improve the existing infrastructure within the Golden Triangle of KL South, as part of its continuous community enhancement programme.
In collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), the road widening initiative is set to complete by end 2018. The effort seeks to widen the existing Jalan 1/141 at Sg. Besi, expanding from the current 2-lane to 4-lane measuring 23.4 metres wide, which is expected to improve accessibility surrounding its latest development Trinity Aquata with three key surrounding areas particularly Desa Petaling, Sg. YBhg. Datuk Ir Thomas A. Richards, Executive Director (Project Management) of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said, “In line with DBKL’s vision to further drive Kuala Lumpur as a world class city by the year 2020, we are pleased to know that local boutique property developers such as Trinity have taken a keen interest and commitment towards community building. We believe that such initiatives will further elevate the socioeconomic development of KL and that it is important for various stakeholders, be it local developers, other private sector players to work together,” he added.
Upon completion of the road expansion, there will be improved accessibility in and out of the Group’s latest development, Trinity Aquata, a low-density condominium strategically positioned within the Golden Triangle of KL South. With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM370 million, the development consists of two 26-storey condominium blocks offering 492 units with unique water facilities including a cascading pool and a floating lounge for a refreshing lifestyle amidst a rejuvenating ambience.
The road widening initiative is scheduled to complete by end 2018.
Spanning over approximately 3.58 acres, Trinity Aquata is highly accessible via the Besraya Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) as well as the KL-Putrajaya Highway – Maju Expressway (MEX). Residents in the area will also benefit from the close proximity of the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) that is merely 1 kilometre away. The Mass Rapid Transit Sg.
