Kuala Lumpur, 27 February 2012 – Integrated boutique developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has announced that it will be teaming up with the well-known Putra Perdana Construction (PPC) Sdn Bhd to construct its latest development, The Z Residence in Bukit Jalil.

The appointment of PPC aims to ensure our goal of achieving quality in the delivery of the Z Residence is attained while ensuring sustainability in site planning and management of the project. PPC is the first construction company in the country to be awarded with the 5-S Certification by SIRIM-HK5SA.

A subsidiary of Putrajaya Perdana Bhd, PPC has contributed substantially to the development of the Federal Government Administration Centres in Putrajaya. This development in Putrajaya encompasses the construction of several massive projects varying from government complexes and township development to infrastructure projects and niche green buildings.

Other notable high-rise construction projects under PPC’s belt are the 50-storey Pavilion Residences and 35-storey MARC Service Suites both in Kuala Lumpur as well as the 30-storey One Menerung in Bangsar, among others.

The Z Residence is the latest project by Trinity Group Sdn Bhd comprising of 4 blocks of 26 and 27 storey luxury condominiums which provide buyers with exclusive features such as a floating garden, an infinity pool and sky lounges atop every condominium tower. The Z Residence has achieved take-up rates of more than 50 percent within the first three months of its launch and to-date, more than 85 percent sales has been achieved. The Z Residence is scheduled to be completed in June 2014.
