Kuala Lumpur, 17 July 2014: Trinity Group today announced the successful completion and handover of the Z Residence – the developer’s most ambitious project to date, in a media briefing held at the newly completed condominium. The developer, who is also celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, shared that the Z Residence has managed to achieve 100% capital appreciation in the three years from its launch to completion.

The Z Residence project was initiated in 2011 with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM580 million. Construction of the entire project, which consists of 1,136 units over four blocks of 26 and 27 floors was officially completed on schedule in June, with the owners receiving their keys in batches starting June.

Strategically located in Bukit Jalil, which is rapidly becoming a property goldmine, The Z Residence is easily accessed by major highways such as the Bukit Jalil Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway and Kesas Highway. It is also within walking distance to two upcoming LRT stations in Bukit Jalil.

Tapping on the strong demand for urban lifestyle developments within a strategic location, The Z Residence exudes modern architecture amidst a luxurious environment incorporating strong influences of greenery, waterscape and lifestyle-inspired facilities. Offering luxury living at an affordable price, the Z Residence is a boon for younger homeowners, at a time when real-estate prices are becoming out of reach for these groups of buyers.

The Z Residence’s unique features include lush floating gardens, a 55-metre infinity pool and a sky lounge at the top of each block for the convenience of its residents. In an unconventional move by a developer, Trinity Group has dedicated 50% of the 6.7 acres of development to environmental conservation with its green lung areas and relaxation corners.

Founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group, Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, shared that the Z Residence buyers stand to gain the most from this project, expressing his confidence that the property will reach its full investment returns when the LRT project is completed together with the arrival of some mega malls such as Paradigm Mall OUG and Pavilion 2.

“The Z Residence brings to life Trinity Group’s vision by setting a new benchmark in terms of quality standards and value creation. At Trinity Group, we strive to create value, not just for our customers but for the community we build in. This is because while we believe in conducting a profitable business, the quality of life and satisfaction of our buyers matters most to us,” he shared.

With the community at heart, Trinity Group invested an additional RM3 million to construct an 800-metre access road, which connects the development to the Bukit Jalil highway. The access road that was opened upon completion of the Z Residence project will not only serve the residents of the Z Residence, but also the community at large by ensuring smooth traffic flow.

The Z Residence is among the five projects that Trinity Group has completed over its first decade of operations. Other successful developments include the Heron Residency and 19 Residency in Bandar Bukit Puchong, The [email protected] 9 and [email protected] [email protected] South, a mixed-used development currently under construction, is set to be the star of Seri Kembangan when it is completed next year.
