The first phase of Trinity Wellnessa in Beverly Heights, Ampang North has been fully sold since its launch in September last year. Due to the good response, the second and final phase was unveiled during a launch event on April 14.

During the event, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd founder and managing director Dato' Neoh Soo Keat said: “The recovering economy will help drive the property market, thus we remain optimistic that there will be demand for the second phase. We aim to redefine and reimagine urban living as well as to deliver value to the property industry by being relevant and in tune with the needs of the market. Our latest development, Trinity Wellnessa, is a project that we are proud of as it is the first of its kind in many ways.”

“For those who are finding a property to call home or to purchase as an investment, this project will be an ideal choice. Combining technology, wellness and luxury in an affordable way is what we intend to do.”

Occupying a 3.9-acre freehold parcel, Trinity Wellnessa has a gross development value (GDV) of RM315 million and will comprise two 30-storey towers with 463 residential units in total. Phase 1 consists of 237 units, while Phase 2 will have 226 units.

The typical units will come in layouts of three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms with built-ups ranging from 1,008 to 1,286 sq ft, with the biggest units being dual-key units. They are fitted with air conditioners, water heaters and shower screens with prices starting from RM563,888 for Phase 1 and RM630,000 for Phase 2.

There will also be an exclusive 2,585 sq ft 5+1-bedroom, 5+1-bathroom penthouse unit priced at RM1.55 million. Both towers are expected to be completed in 2025.

The project is a joint venture between boutique developer Trinity Group and Oxley Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

According to Trinity Group, the concept, design and offering of Trinity Wellnessa are centred around three key wellness pillars, which are encapsulated in its signature triple protection system. The first pillar is contactless technology, whereby wellness and technology are combined to offer residents a seamless contactless experience that promotes hygiene and convenience.

Upon arriving at the entrance and lobby, residents will be greeted with a radio-frequency identification (RFID) system at the boom gate, which is a facial recognition system and motion sensor technology for contactless access. It will also include smart lockers for contactless packages and food delivery as well as a designated application for visitor management.

The second pillar focuses on wellness-oriented design. This will ensure each unit is bright and airy that in turn provides 100% more lighting and ventilation than the standard requirement to promote a healthy lifestyle. The units will be fitted with air conditioners, water heaters and shower screens.

The final pillar is the wellness centric facilities. Future residents of the development will be able to enjoy more than 30 outdoor and indoor wellness-centric facilities on a 2.1-acre podium deck, such as a ray pool, elevated pool deck, reflex garden, nourishment trail, event lawn, culinary house, entertainment house, yoga garden, community garden, fitness house, badminton court and mini futsal court. The maintenance fee, inclusive of sinking fund, is 36 sen psf per month.

The two unique features at Trinity Wellnessa are the floating cinema and co-working lounge. The floating cinema will be the first of its kind in the country where the audience can sit on floats to catch up on the latest premieres, while the co-working lounge with Nespresso will be a purpose-built co-working space for those who need to work from home and leverage the highly popular coffee culture. As such, a self-service Nespresso coffee machine will be provided.

The development is designed to fulfil the increasing need for enhanced safety, comfort and well-being. It incorporates a multi-functional design that caters to its residents to comfortably adjust to a new way of healthy living.

“Trinity Wellnessa hopes to support a new way of living for Malaysians to embrace a holistic wellness lifestyle. When people choose to purchase a home at Trinity Wellnessa, they will have a home that prioritises their well-being and in turn, be able to enjoy peace of mind,” said Neoh.

In terms of connectivity, Trinity Wellnessa is easily accessible via the Middle Ring Road 2, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway. It is also linked to the under-construction Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Expressway and East Klang Valley Expressway.

Nearby amenities include Giant Supermarket, Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk Mall, KL East Mall, Fairview International School, Brighton International School and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. A transport hub within a 5km radius is the Sri Rampai LRT station.

Meanwhile, an upcoming project from Trinity Group is Trinity Enlivea, which is slated to be launched next year. The development is located adjacent to Trinity Wellnessa and will consist of condominium units with a total GDV of RM515 million.
