KUALA LUMPUR: Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has clarified that the company is not in any way associated with Trinity Corporation Bhd (formerly Talam Corporation Berhad).

“The recent announcement made by Bursa Malaysia on Aug 18, 2011 regarding Talam Corp’s change of name to Trinity Corp has caused a lot of confusion among our customers, business partners, shareholders and other members of the public,” said Trinity Group managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat in a statement on Sept 6.

Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is an integrated boutique developer based in Puchong whose core business is property development and investment. Among its project is The Heron serviced apartments, 19 Residency bungalows and the Zest serviced apartments.

“We wish to inform our stakeholders, customers and the public that Trinity Group, its associated companies, directors and shareholders are not associated in any way with Trinity Corp and its subsidiary companies,” said Neoh.

“Many reports had incorrectly associated the two entities that resulted in many enquiries made to Trinity Group seeking clarification of the matter,” he added.
