Trinity delivers on its promises

New Straits Times - Friday, 04 March 2011

Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is committed to building communities and enriching lives. Incorporated in 2004, the boutique developer prides itself in delivering high value offerings that meet customer needs.

"Our strength lies in delivering projects ahead of schedule without compromising on quality," said managing director Dato’ Neoh Soon Keat.

Neoh, an urban regional planning graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a registered town planner, said "from a very young age, I had the knack for identifying the right location for development projects and this gift has matured with me till today".

Also a believer of customer satisfaction, Trinity Group has taken the initiative to build a RM7 million ramp on the Bukit Jalil Expressway in Kuala Lumpur that leads to its Zest Residency to make it more convenient for its residents.

Led by Neoh, his team of managers has successfully managed and delivered large-scale projects including The Heron Residency, 19 Residency zero-lot bungalows, the Zest and Latitude.

The Heron Residency at Bandar Bukit Puchong was completed eight months ahead of schedule in January 2008 and 19 Residency, 10 months earlier in May 2010. "Innovation and fast-pace completion lead the way for our projects and we will be launching many innovative projects in the near future.

"Trinity being a brand out to make a stand, we are dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers with every project that we take on," said senior manager of marketing C.Y. Ng.

On prospects, Neoh said demand for properties with good concepts in strategic locations will be sustained, noting that Budget 2011 programmes and high impact projects such as the Klang Valley mass rapid transit and Greater KL/Klang Valley expansion should drive the real estate market forward.

Ng added that the company expects to introduce its Z Residence "floating condominium" project in Bukit Jalil.

"With 1,136 units and a total gross development value (GDV) of RM380 million, it will offer a luxurious lifestyle with features such as infinity pool, sky lounge and floating garden and is targeted at young professionals, executives and business-people."

19 Residency achieved 79 per cent score for Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC), placing the project among the top 10 highest scores in Malaysia as of August 2010.

Heron Residency in Puchong is said to command the highest rental rate compared to similar properties in the area.

Latitude is a low-density, gated development of 15 factory warehouses in USJ19.

The Zest, a 720-unit commercial and residential development in Bandar Kinrara 9, is expected to be completed this year.
