For instance, in the case of Zeva @ Equine South, where we envisioned a gleaming elegant structure of glass facade, rising above a 15-storey serviced residence that has become Malaysia’s first all-glass facade Sky Deck and Malaysia’s first Air Conditioned Bus Stop at Zest @ Kinrara9, which can accommodate up to 40 people.
