Victory Team Emerges As Trinity Brand Champion 2011


In a move to encourage all of Trinity's employees to embrace its new brand culture, a competition was organized for all team members in the organization. This competition which ran for 5 months encouraged all participants to rise up to the challenge to become the next Trinity Brand Champion for the year.

In the competition, Trinity's employees were devided into teams and all teams members were urged to embrace Trinity's new brand values in their day-to-day and share how they flex these values in a 5-minute presentation. Each team was required to pick two core values that were deemed to be the most important in the unit from six core values namely reliable, dynamic, customer-centric, quality-driven, innovative and friendly.

The winning team was selected based on the Management team's selection as well as staff members'votes.

Victory Team represented by the Finance & Accounts staff members (Connie Tan, Amanda Giamm, Charmaine and Christie Ivy) emerged as the winning team, with every member walking away with an i-Pad 2.

In a recent prize presentation ceremony held at its corporate office, Dato' Neoh, Managing Director of Trnity Group Sdn Bhd presented a certificate of excellence as well as an i-Pad 2 to all members of the winning team. Other winning categories included Best Presenter (Tan Bee Keim) and award for Most Commendable Initiative (Soon Tack Hoay).

Dec 2010 Branding Activities


On 22 December 2010, Trinity Group launched its new corporate identity internally among its employees at a private function held at its corporate office, here in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

“3 months ago, we embarked on a journey to rebrand Trinity Group. We looked at our strengths and the opportunities that awaited us in the property market. The result – a commitment by all Trinity Group team members to improve our competitive edge by adopting a new brand culture and to deliver a new customer experience for our customers,” said Dato' Neoh, Managing Director of Trinity Group during the event.

Dato' Neoh highlighted that the unveiling of the new logo, marks the beginning of a new journey for all employees to embrace our new brand culture whole-heartedly in order to serve our customers better.

Trinity Group team members were presented with an induction kit each , and later treated to a sumptuous buffet line.
