Living it up for below RM500,000

The Malay Mail - Friday, 15 January 2016

KUALA LUMPUR — Despite concerns over rising house prices and affordability, the level of interest in the property market has continued to remain strong year after year. Many industry experts have predicted that this year, the property sector is expected to go through a 'flat' year.

However, on the upside, the adjusted market prices will be an advantage for those looking to buy or rent houses. To meet the demands of the right target market within this challenging economic climate, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd constantly evolves with modern trends and living concepts to enhance the lives of its customers and the community it serves.

In introducing its newest development dubbed Trinity Aquata in Sungei Besi, the group is giving home owners the chance to own a property pegged affordably  through the 'ONG' promotional package in conjunction with the Chinese New Year.

One of the highlights of the promotion package is, besides the larger three-bedroom units with five different sizes to choose from, a preview of the 832sq ft units, priced attractively from RM460,888. Trinity Group general manager Gary Lum said that in line with its ideology to develop Aquata into a condominium that purchasers can call home, it is necessary for it to break away from the market trend of small-sized units. Other built-ups range from 1,151sq ft to 1,420sq ft.

"The RM460,000 cap normally translates to a high-density development. However here at Aquata, buyers can be assured of their kids' safety and comfort in a-low-density living environment," he continued.

Lum explained that in line with market demand, Trinity has specifically designed a product that is affordable and liveable in a strategic location ideal for -small families, young families and the Gen-Y population, both for living and investment.

Designed with a practical and versatile layout for family living, the units come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private balcony to cater to this need. At Trinity Group, we pride ourselves in incorporating added value in our developments by being creative and innovative; to stand out from the crowd," Lum said.

In the area, the development is recognised- as one of the pioneers in concept development where both the outdoor and indoor landscapes are fused with water-themed activities. Spanning across 3.58 acres, this resort-like development comprises two 26-storey condominium blocks with 492 units and features a mini water-themed park with 16 unique water features such as a Raised Infinity Pool, Water Lounge, Aqua-Reflexo, Bubbling Trail, Hammock Lounge, Pool Deck, Sky Bath, Riverbank Seating and a Rain Pavilion, among others.

This low-density, freehold condominium also boasts several lifestyle facilities including a gym, jogging path, landscaped sky bridge that links two blocks, sky terrace and multi-purpose hall. The main attraction of the development lies in its highly accessible location, surrounded by existing LRT and KTM stations at Bandar Tasik Selatan, the KLIA Express at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), the upcoming MRT Line 2 which will pass through Chan Sow Lin to Bandar Malaysia, as well as the highly-anticipated High Speed Rail (HSR) connecting KL to Singapore and eventually Bangkok.

An abundance of amenities such as universities, schools and hospitals flank Aquata, which is also in proximity to major shopping malls and hypermarkets. The thriving location offers an ideal investment or live-in option. For potential buyers with housing loan difficulty, Lum gave the assurance that its ONG package will be able to assist and make the purchase a breeze.
