Trinity Group joins forces with Team Builder Ventures

Kuala Lumpur, 6 March 2012 – Integrated boutique developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Team Builder Ventures Sdn Bhd for a mixed-use development in Bandar Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. 

 

The project called Zeva, is set to become the crown jewel in Bandar Putra Permai, providing a wholesome and holistic living experience for home-buyers. 

 

The partnership sees Trinity Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kensington Vision, and Team Builder pooling together the very best of their resources, expertise and ideas to deliver the high-quality, value-added project at an affordable entry level price to appeal to current market demands.

 

Team Builder is a subsidiary of Nagariang Development Sdn Bhd, a property investment company cum property developer with a strong foothold in Seri Kembangan.  Kensington Vision on the other hand, is a subsidiary established by Trinity Group since 2010 to handle developments projects latest being the prime industrial real estate, Latitude@USJ19, in Subang Jaya.
