Kuala Lumpur, 17 July 2014: Trinity Group today announced the successful completion and handover of the Z Residence – the developer’s most ambitious project to date, in a media briefing held at the newly completed condominium. The developer, who is also celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, shared that the Z Residence has managed to achieve 100% capital appreciation in the three years from its launch to completion.
The Z Residence project was initiated in 2011 with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM580 million. Construction of the entire project, which consists of 1,136 units over four blocks of 26 and 27 floors was officially completed on schedule in June, with the owners receiving their keys in batches starting June.
Strategically located in Bukit Jalil, which is rapidly becoming a property goldmine, The Z Residence is easily accessed by major highways such as the Bukit Jalil Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway and Kesas Highway. It is also within walking distance to two upcoming LRT stations in Bukit Jalil.

The Z Residence is among the five projects that Trinity Group has completed over its first decade of operations.
