THE ZEST @ KINRARA 9 RAMP GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY

PUCHONG, 9 November 2010 – Trinity Group Sdn Bhd, an evolving and dynamic boutique developer and Dekon Sdn Bhd today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch the start of construction of the Zest @ Kinrara 9 ramp to offer a gift of convenience to the local community.  

 

The ceremony was inaugurated by Dato’ Yong Khoon Seng, Deputy Minister Ministry of Works along with government and civic officials in an afternoon ground breaking ceremony at the site which marks the official beginning of the RM 7 million construction initiated by Trinity Group.  The project is expected to complete in August 2011.

 

“On behalf of the Ministry, I would like to applaud Trinity Group and extend my gratitude for the realization of this project that is seen to solve the “bottle-neck” traffic problem in the area. It is good to see private companies taking responsibility to help develop the communities they operate in. Trinity Group’s forward thinking has given future owners and tenants of The Zest and its neighbours a good foundation for shared community infrastructure. Amenities as simple as bus stops and wider roads add significantly to the quality of life of residents in any area, and this new ramp is a big step in the right direction,” said Dato’ Yong Khoon Seng, Deputy Minister Ministry of Works.

 

The ramp intersecting with the Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil will be constructed to link The Zest @ Kinrar 9 will be managed by the winning bidder—Dekon Sdn Bhd under the close supervision of Trinity Group and the Ministry of Works. Dekon has already made arrangements with teams for traffic rerouting scheme during the duration of the construction that will last for about nine months.

 

“In line with Trinity Group’s commitment to our customers and the neighbouring community as a whole, we believe that the ramp will offer an added advantage for all users,” said Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, the founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group Sdn Bhd.

 

“As a responsible builder, Trinity aims to complete The Zest @ Kinrara 9 ramp works in nine months for the convenience of road users and members of the public. In the meantime, both Trinity and Dekon is making conscientious efforts to ease traffic congestion at roads in aiming at providing safe & smooth transport for all. We ask road users and members of the public to be patient and to drive with extra care when travelling along the uneven road stretches caused by construction,” advised Dato’ Neoh.
 

 ‘’Our development will provide a facelift for the entire area, The Zest @ Kinrara 9 we feel, will be the catalyst for the commercial rejuvenation of the Bandar Kinrara Town Centre. Upon completion, I am proud to also point out that The Zest will feature an Asian fusion food hub like no other. We hope that through this unique dining experience, the vibrancy of the area will be enhanced and attract potential residents and investors in the surrounding areas,” he elaborated.

 

Trinity is set to bring the most prestigious business and home address to Bandar Kinrara. Contributing to the construction of the ramp is partner I&P who have invested RM1 million for the ramp. The ramp is set to change the feasibility in the locality of Bandar Kinrara, whilst providing ease to the neighbouring areas such as Puchong, Old Klang Road, Bukit Jalil and eventually easing traffic in the Sungai Besi vicinity.
