Trinity plans more projects in Greater KL

New Straits Times - Thursday, 19 January 2017

KUALA LUMPUR: The expected growth in Greater Kuala Lumpur’s population is encouraging mid-size developer Trinity Group to build more properties in anticipation of future demand.

Founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said he envisaged intense growth in and surrounding Kuala Lumpur South.

“In view of the government’s intention to further grow the Greater Kuala Lumpur population to 10 million by 2020, it promises great potential for business owners, property investors and the community at large.

“As a forward-looking developer, we will continue our long-standing commitment to building communities and enriching lives in high-growth potential areas as part of our value creation endeavours,” said Neoh.

Trinity group has an ongoing project called Trinity Aquata worth RM370 million within the Golden Triangle of KL South.

Trinity Aquata offers 492 units of semi-furnished residences within two 26-storey condominium towers, with prices starting from RM580,000.

Each unit comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and ranges from 839 to 1,420 sq ft in space.

In order to stimulate demand for the project amid the current market conditions, the group has launched its Trinity Auspicious Package (TAP), an exclusive, limited time-only offering.

Under this package, property buyers who wish to own a unit can put minimal downpayment of one percent effective January 7.

To usher in the Rooster New Year, both customers and referrals will walk away with a gold bar worth RM4,000 with every unit purchased during the festive period.

The Trinity Aquata development project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2019.
